The ASWMC is one of the largest Regional Associations in the UK and is run by a willing group of volunteers, who devote a few hours each year to help organise motorsport throughout the South West of England.
Once in a while opportunities arise within the Association to join the Executive Committee. The work can be very rewarding and is a good grounding for anyone wishing to get involved in motorsport organisation.

Registration Secretary

We are looking for a volunteer to take over the position of Registration Secretary from the end of the 2008 season.
Duties involve:
Receiving and processing of applications for all of our Championships.
Sending out Registration Cards and ASWMC Year Books to Competitors.
Posting out any ASWMC Regalia that has been ordered at the time of registration.
Inputting data received onto the ASWMC Database.
Issuing labels to the Championship Co-ordinators or direct to the Organising Clubs.
Issuing up to date competitor lists to the Championship Co-ordinators.
Banking of monies received from Competitors.

The majority of the work takes place during January to March. A knowledge of MS Access and Excel would be of benefit.
