3. Points will be awarded to registered contenders only, according to the following table:

Performance in EVENT CLASS of championship contender, ignoring any event awards. 1 2 3 4 5 6
Points scored 18 15 13 12 11 10 to 15th place

PLUS

Relative ASWMC CLASS position of championship contender. 1 2 3 4 5 6
Points scored 18 15 13 12 11 10 to 15th place

Points will be awarded to both Driver and Co-Driver

NOTE: Event Classes may vay from ASWMC Championship Classes.

4. It is not necessary for a Driver and Co-Driver to remain as a team throughout the duration of the championship.

5. Organisers of stage rallies must specify servicing areas and indicate routes to be taken between these points by service crews. This information should be communicated on tracings to the RLO's in whose areas the service areas are situated.

6. A perpetual award will be made to the club organising the highest marked event in the championship each year.

7. Competitors who change class must inform the Championship Co-ordinator before the event.

8. Championship contenders may be asked to carry Championship sponsors decals on their cars to claim points in the championship.
