ASWMC CONTENDER PRIZE RULES

Toyo Tyres UK Ltd. have donated 2 awards to be presented to the highest placed Toyo equipped car, on each of the ASWMC Hill Climb and Speed Event Championships.

The awards will be a full set of 4 Toyo tyres from List 1A or 1B. 

Provided that the type conforms to ASWMC tyre regulations.

The criteria for qualification for one of these awards is as follows:

The car must be equipped with a full set of Toyo tyres, which conform to the ASWMC Regulations.

TO QUALIFY:

1.      The competitor and car must be a registered ASWMC competitor, and must also be registered for these awards with Mike Potter at Bridge Tyres & Wheels at Taunton (Motorsport).

2.     To register you must complete the Entry Form attached, together with a copy of the invoice for the purchase of the Toyo tyres.

3.      The car and driver will have to have competed in at least 75% of the qualifying rounds of the ASWMC Sprint or Hill Climb Championships, and points will be calculated as per the ASWMC regulations.  For 2006 only, this will be 75% of the 10 remaining Sprint events or 75% of the 9 remaining Hill Climb events from 2nd May 2006 onwards.

4.     No car and driver can win more than 1 award.

5.     The car will have to carry a total of 2 Toyo logos on the car, obtained from Bridge Tyres & Wheels.

6.     Once the entry has been received and accepted, then it is up to the competitor to certify which events he has competed in with Toyo Tyres.

7.      Points will be scored as per ASWMC Speed Championship Regulations.

8.     The following are appointed Judges of Fact and are authorised to carry out spot checks at any event to ensure compliance with these rules.

9.      In the event of a dispute, the final arbiters are a) and b) above.
